CURRENT PROJECTS
October 2026
This year has been probably my least productive in terms of making and painting.
I had two large portraits commissioned earlier in the year and they have taken a lot of my time and I completed a set of three pots as an installation entitled “ The three Sisters of Bowden HiIl”
With a few Open Exhibitions coming up I have completed two paintings that I started some months ago. The first entitled “ Morris Dranksing” is of four Morris Dancers enjoying a beer and a chat in between dancing “The Shepherds Hay” and “Highland Mary’ before retiring to the pub to sing a few songs.
The second is entitled “The End of the Day”
A few art projects are now in hand and it’s all systems go in the studio for run up to Christmas …… oh !and a holiday or two.
